Invest in Holland launches new website
On July 1st 2015, Jeroen Nijland (picture), commissioner at The Netherlands Foreign Invest Agency (NFIA), officially launched the new Invest in Holland website at the Grand Amrath Kurhaus Hotel in Scheveningen, The Hague. The new website is part of the new Invest in Holland strategy, which aims to increase cooperation between regional acquisition parties and the NFIA, thereby strengthening The Netherlands’ competitiveness in global FDI .

After the official launch, the public was treated by a surprise act of 75 male singers of the locally famous ‘Scheveningse mannenkoor’, a traditional Dutch choir performing since 1952.

At the reception there was plenty of option to catch up with colleagues from the NFIA offices abroad and other regional acquisition parties, while enjoying another Dutch tradition – raw herring.

The Invest in Holland Network
The Invest in Holland Network is a collaborative team of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, regional economic development agencies and several large cities. The network works to provide a continuum of free, confidential support services to new foreign investors, as well as existing foreign investors that already have operations in the Netherlands.
