Australian fitness method F45 Training to open first studio on European mainland
Australian fitness method F45 Training opened its first studio on European mainland on Saturday July 29th in The Hague. After opening over 750 studio’s in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the USA and United Kingdom, the newest F45 studio will offer the popular workouts in building The Bridge, across the A12. F45 combines the best elements of crossfit, cardio and calisthenics in 27 functional HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training) of only 45 minutes. The method has already gained massive popularity abroad, with Leonardo Dicaprio, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, several NBA teams and professional rugby players among it’s fans. With the slogan “team training, life changing” F45 Training has been conquering the world ever since the opening of the first studio in 2012. The franchise will have over a 1000 locations worldwide by the end of this year. One of those has opened in The Hague on July 29th; the first location on European main land.
