Expats give The Hague International Center high score
Expats who live in Delft, The Hague, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Rijswijk and Wassenaar hold the services provided by the staff of The Hague International Centre (THIC) in high esteem. They have given the THIC a score of 9.5 in terms of customer satisfication.
The Hague International Centre, located in The Hague City Hall, is the municipal contact centre for international organisations and companies and their expatriate employees in The Hague region.
International employees and their families can visit the THIC to arrange a number of their affairs and to get answers to all their questions. The expats can use the centre to register in the administration of the municipality in which they (will) live and they will be issued a citizen service number (BSN), residence permit and additional information on living in the Netherlands.
Three partners have joined forces to work together in the THIC (the municipality, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and the volunteer, not-for-profit organisation ACCESS). In order to continuously gauge the customer experience in the centre, The Hague International Centre has 2 iPad kiosk displays where visitors (highly-skilled migrants, scientific researchers and their families) can rate their experience.
