Global Pacific & Partners World Upstream Network Reception
Global Pacific & Partners will host a Summer Party/ Networking Reception on the 23rd September 2015 in The Hague, for the world oil and gas industry.
This Reception forms part of our World Upstream Network, with Receptions held respectively in London, The Hague, Paris, Calgary, Houston, Geneva, Rio de Janeiro, Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore, Perth, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Nairobi.
Over the last 12 years, over 6,000 senior-level oil and gas attendees have been participants.
This Reception will be held on the WTC Terrace, hosted by Babette van Gessel (Chief Executive, Global Pacific & Partners) and Welcome from the Vice Mayor of The Hague, Ingrid van Engelshoven.

Mr. Andrew Cochran, Chairman, Hague and London Oil (“HALO”) Plc, The Hague/London
Andrew Liam Cochran was the Executive Director of Coastal Energy Corp until March 2013, when it was sold to Cepsa in a ca. $2.5B transaction. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Petroleum Limited following his appointment on 3 November 2009 until its successful sale to Ophir Energy Plc in February 2012. He holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Tulane University in New Orleans. He began his career with eight years at Western Geophysical as an area geophysicist for the Asia Pacific and an exploration geophysicist covering North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. From 2000 to 2001 he was managing director of Veritas DGC Indonesia and, from 2001 through 2003, he was New Ventures Adviser at Anadarko Petroleum, advising on Indonesia corporate entry strategy. He co-founded Salamander Energy plc and, an Asia focused independent exploration and production company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and was the executive director responsible for business development.
