The Hague International Day
The Hague makes the world a safer place. Of course, this task goes on behind closed doors – within the walls of the many international organisations that have a home in this city, such as the Peace Palace, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the OPCW. On one day each year, you can visit these unique institutions. This year, the Hague International Day on takes place on Sunday, 20 September. Join tours and learn more about the various forms of jurisdiction, international security and more. Due to security requirements, pre-registration is essential. The Hague is the world’s second UN city and the international city of peace and justice. After attending the International Day, you will have a better understanding of why The Hague proudly boasts these titles.
